Jerred + Michelle Engagement Session at McConnell Springs

This couple has my heart. We were rained out twice and I’ve been so booked lately that we had to switch things around and meet after work one day to make up the session, but they were super laid back about it. When we finally got together, it was warm and the mosquitoes were buzzing around, but they didn’t seem to notice. They would just smile at each other and sort of float along the wooded path. That, my friends, is exactly what a really great marriage needs. Looking through these images, I kept thinking about Billie Holiday singing Johnny Mercer’s Come Rain or Come Shine. “Days may be cloudy or sunny. We’re in or we’re out of the money. But I’m with you always. I’m with you rain or shine.” So romantic.
