I’m stumbling my way through trying to become a morning person {see teaworthy twitter feed}. Morning people are cheerful. Happy. Glowing. I’m going to be one of them if it kills me.
And it just might.
Alright morning people, here are 5 of my 5 a.m. inspiration finds. They don’t make me chipper {yet} but maybe in a few hours they will. Baby steps.
-This DIY Weddings post about creating an ice cream sundae buffet for your wedding is lovely and so pink.
-This NYTimes story about a railway service for women in India is fascinating. The photo slideshow though is most inspiring. My index finger feels itchy to take so many more photos there in the train car. Train cars are perfect sets, dioramas, stages. Love the light!
-My husband has been making arepas from this Bittman recipe lately and my dear sweet Lord they are amazing. I can’t wait to have them with chili when it gets cooler.
-This guy’s Twitter feed about things that his 73-year old father says is so funny, though R rated so be advised. It reminds me of the Amy’s Answering Machine piece {actual messages of unsolicited advice from Amy’s mother} that ran a while back on NPR.
