My husband has started making croutons to go with soup this winter. He uses Mark Bittman’s recipe from How To Cook Everything Vegetarian. They are heaven in your mouth. I highly recommend pairing them with tomato basil soup from Soup Lady Jennifer Burchett which you can buy at Wine + Market at lunch time.
